GAP 32bit version

windows

  • You should have "Java SE Runtime Environment 7" up installed on your computer in advance.

  • Download GAP Software (GAPv0.2.7d_win_setup.exe).

  • Click "GAPv0.2.7d_win_setup.exe" and install it.

  • Installation completed
GAP 64bit version

windows

  • You should have "Java SE Runtime Environment 7" up installed on your computer in advance.

  • Download GAP64 Software (GAP64.zip).

  • Unzip "GAP64.zip".

  • Copy all of files in "lib" folder to C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.X.X\lib\ext\.

  • Edit "-Xmx" number (based on your RAM size) in GAP64.bat.

  • Click GAP64.bat to run GAP64.

  • Installation completed

Mac OS

  • You should have "Java SE Runtime Environment 7" up installed on your computer in advance.

  • Download GAP64 Software (GAP64_Mac.zip).

  • Unzip "GAP64_Mac.zip".

  • Type "java -jar -Xmx7000M GAPSoftware.jar" in command line. (the number of "-Xmx" baesd on your RAM size)

  • Installation completed
